Yesterday we 'took the day off' and went on a field trip with the school that I work for. One of the families at the school has a farm and invited everyone out for an egg hunt, hayride, lunch and an overall fun day.
It's always good to take a little break now and then and this time of year is the perfect time to step away from the books :) The wind was a little low but Bryan finally got his kite going. I think he enjoyed riding the horse and egg hunt the most, though.
Today we did homeschool 'lite' and then went out in the backyard and flew the kite again. The wind was perfect today! Bryan was able to keep the kite going for about 20 minutes.
Homeschooling and Springtime--does it get any better than this?? :D
